I offer holistic integrative therapy and life coaching that Incorporates trauma-informed therapy, trauma informed yoga, ayurveda ancient wisdom practices, meditation, spiritual enrichment, trauma-informed somatic therapy, neuroplasticity, epigenetics, and mindfulness cognitive behavior therapy. Additional services include healing unworthiness with hypnotherapy, Tapping, EMDR, and NLP. I am a former prenatal yoga teacher, Birth Doula and Hypnobirthing Practitioner. I am a Reiki Master and will be offering classes in January. I am an integrative experienced psychotherapist, holistic registered nurse, ordained minister with advanced training in metaphysical Christianity, Buddhist psychology, multicultural healing practices, ceremonies and customs. I am here for you on your journey for balance, wholeness, joy of the mind, body and spirit. The hidden memories of trauma can become triggered by our senses. Smells, words, images, touch, or taste can make experiences today as if they are happening now even if you are in a safe and positive environment. According to Ayurveda teachings and philosophy, intellectual awareness or determination, and spiritual awareness are considered the most potent medicines to heal the mind from imbalances, including those caused by trauma.
In my personal life, I follow self-care daily routines using the ancient texts of Ayurveda. I believe that 'mind care is life care' as our life is the sum of our experiences and our responses to our experiences. Our experiences create a deep impression in our mind, and that impression will become the measuring stick to our responses to similar experiences in the future.
The connection to your heart is your super- hero. Learn from your ancestors'' cycles and continuously work toward changing the negative ones that create negativity for yourself and for others. Lean about balance and your constitution (dosha), your Prakriti, and Vikruti. Learn to work with the food you eat, your senses, energy, and the elements striving for joy and balance.
